Over the years, we have built up relationships with a number of schools across the UK, giving students and adults alike the opportunity to really engage with the culture and contemporary situation in Tibet.
We have now designed an education pack to be used in lesson and activity planning with a wide range of ages. This pack is designed to be a starting point for learning about Tibet, and as such we encourage teachers to adapt it as they wish for lesson plans, assemblies or activities.
The pack contains information on the geography, culture, history, language and religion of Tibet, as well as recipes for Tibetan food, and fun activities such as mask making and prayer flag printing.
We are more than happy to arrange school visits by staff members and VIP Tibetan guests to your school, so please do get in contact.
