As a member of the Fundraising Regulator, Tibet Relief Fund has made a public promise to adhere to best practice, honesty, transparency, clarity and accountability in all of our fundraising activity, enabling you to give with confidence.

We hope our membership will build trust and empower our supporters by letting you know that we welcome any complaints and commit to resolving them.

Our Fundraising Promise to you:

  • We will commit to high standards and adhere to the Fundraising Code of Practice
  • We will be clear, honest and open
  • We will be respectful
  • We will be fair and reasonable
  • We will be accountable & responsible

You can find further details of the Fundraising Promise on the Fundraising Regulator website.

Tibet Relief Fund commits to fundraising responsibly. We will never sell supporters’ data, so your details will never be shared with other organisations. To keep costs to a minimum we endeavour to deliver our fundraising activities in-house through a committed team. When you hear from Tibet Relief Fund, it will be a direct employee of the charity contacting you.

In cases where it is more cost-effective to use an external agency, we may engage third parties from time to time, and are always open to offers of pro bono services to help drive our fundraising costs down.

If you have any concerns about the way we fundraise, we would like to hear from you. Should you have a complaint, we have a robust complaints procedure.  Please do get in touch with your feedback.

And, if you are unsatisfied with the way we handle your concerns, you can also contact the Fundraising Regulator.

To make a complaint, please call 020 3119 0041, write to 2 Baltic Place, London N1 5AQ or email [email protected]
