Tibet Matters: From Hampshire with Love, Julian Bond paints for Tibetan refugees

Thank you to Hampshire artist Julian Bond, who donated half of the sales of his ‘Nepali paintings’ to our Nepal earthquake appeal. Julian’s paintings were inspired by his visit to Kathmandu before the earthquakes struck in April and May last year.

Julian happened to be working on the series of paintings when he heard news of the first earthquake on the radio. This prompted him to do something to help and we’re very grateful to Julian for choosing to donate to Tibet Relief Fund’s appeal.

Julian also organised a party in aid of Tibet Relief Fund and has now raised a total of £515 which will have a huge impact for the Tibetans trying to rebuild their lives in Nepal. Thank you Julian!
