Sponsor Literacy, Language & Culture

Helping Tibetan children discover the joy of reading while preserving language, identity and culture.

By becoming a Community Sponsor, your donation directly supports our restricted Literacy, Language & Culture projects (Shatsa Nomadic Library and Manjushri Children’s Library). Your gift is allocated strictly in line with our project budgets: 80% directly funds local delivery and resources overseas—including Tibetan-language children’s books, storytelling sessions, and library outreach—while the remaining 20% covers essential UK project management, partner liaison by our programmes team, and vital administrative costs. If donations exceed our budgeted requirements for these specific projects this financial year, any surplus funds will be designated to support our wider educational initiatives and cultural preservation programmes within the Tibetan community in exile.
